Urologist - 泌尿外科醫(yī)生（男科） Patient Care 1. Undertake clinical consultations and provide a high standard of service and care to patients attending the Jiahui Health facility, supporting all clientele as required. 2. Develop an orientated practice with continuity of care and appropriate follow-up and referral. 3. Manage the delivery of competent and professional health services according to the Jiahui Health standards. 4. Assist with ensuring appropriate patient triage and flow within Jiahui 5. Perform rounds in the outpatient consultation room, emergency room and short-term inpatient beds including morning and evening handovers to other medical personnel when required 6. Perform appropriate work up, follow up and any Urology related procedures up to the international standard of care 7. Document daily progress note on all inpatient. Document progress notes for each patient seen in Jiahui Health facility. 8. Assesses patient’s progress through extended hospital course, utilizes available resources, and intervene as necessary to ensure that optimal patient outcome are achieved 9. Resource for nursing staff regarding patient care issues as needed 10. Equally share call/coverage duties 11. Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients 12. Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy 13. Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner 14. Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested 15. Participate in Fellow training when requested 16. Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round, Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for Quality Assurance and Administration 17. Work with Chief Medical Officer to optimize quality assurance and ensure that appropriate medical outcomes are consistently attained with respect to the provision of Jiahui services 18. Ensure that patient medical files and documentation are maintained to highest standards and in accordance with Jiahui Health standards for Jiahui services 19. Assist in the maintenance, selection and control of the medical equipment, instruments and supplies available when required Promotion of Jiahui Health Services 20. Work with members of the senior management team on initiatives to enhance Jiahui profile and activity in the local and expat community 21. Participate actively in appropriate social and professional activities to promote Jiahui Health services in surrounding communities 22. Present important health topics to interested community groups 23. Assist the China Sales and Marketing team in explaining Jiahui Health medical services to prospective and existing clients Additional Responsibilities 24. Undertake and pass the Chinese medical license examination in accordance with local Health Bureau regulations 25. Educate medical and non-medical staff in medical matters where relevant
