DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé): 1、Assess and screen patients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations, and psychological testing 2、Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnose patients 3、Prescribe and administer medications according to diagnosis 4、Monitor patients to determine efficacy and potential side effects of medications 5、Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed 6、Provide crisis intervention as needed 7、Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner 8、Collaborate with a broader team of physicians, psychologists, and nurses to assess and adjust treatment plans 9、Coordinate and communicate with other stakeholders about treatment and care 10、Equally share call/coverage duties 11. Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients 12. Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy 13. Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner 14. Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested 15. Participate in Fellow training when requested 16. Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round, Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 經(jīng)驗(yàn)，技能及能力要求： 1、Current and valid certification in psychiatry 2、Medical degree and completion of an approved psychiatric residency 3、Licensed to practice medicine 4、Strong working knowledge of general psychiatric principles and practices 5、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
