ESSENTIAL TASKS: ? 1.??Demonstrate clinical skills, knowledge and critical thinking in the delivery of patient care. 2.??Manage complex patient care as assigned by nursing manager or other leaders. 3.??Maintain and care in the use of the equipment and supplies. 4.??Act as a resource person. 5.? Participates in quality improvement/assurance activities. 6.??Carry out investigation and treatment prescribed by the physician. 7.??Participate actively in physician’s round. Prepare and assist physician with procedures. 8.??Follow - up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plan. 9.??Other duties as assigned. ? KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: 1.??Hold current PRC nursing license. 2.??Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with 2 years of related acute care settings. 3.??Overseas experience preferred. 4.??Valid certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) per hospital policy. 5.??Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HIS. 6.??Able to communicate in English preferred.
