論壇簡介

Introduction to the Forum

? ? ? ? 華東師范大學青年科學家（學者）國際論壇醫(yī)學與健康研究院分論壇是在學校統(tǒng)一部署下開展的，旨在為海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀青年學者搭建一個學術交流的平臺。本次分論壇將采用線上視頻方式于 2023 年 2 月舉辦。醫(yī)學與健康研究院分論壇通過專題報告和學術研討，圍繞國際學術前沿，探討學科熱點問題，促進學術交流與合作。

? ? ? ?The East China Normal University hosts its International Forum of Young Scientists/Scholars regularly. For the year of 2023, it is scheduled to be held in February. The Sub-Forum for Health Science Center provides an academic platform for exchanging research progresses and ideas among outstanding young scientists/scholars. The Health Science Center sub-forum focuses on the hotspot issues of science and technology in biomedical sciences. Applications are invited to be the speakers of the sub-forum.?

論壇舉辦主題和日程安排

Theme and schedule of the Forum ?

? ? ? ?領域與方向：細胞與分子生物學、醫(yī)學生物化學、醫(yī)學遺傳學、解剖學與組織胚胎學、人體生理學、病理生理學、微生物與免疫學、病理學、藥理學、生物醫(yī)學工程學等。

日程安排：論壇擬定于 2023 年 2 月 25 日召開，詳細日程另行通知。

? ? ? ?The topics that are of particular interest include cellular and molecular biology, medical biochemistry, medical genetics, anatomy and histology and embryology, human physiology, pathophysiology, microbiology and immunology, pathology, pharmacology and biomedical engineering.

The forum is planned to be held on February 25, 2023. The detailed agenda of the forum will be announced later.

? ? ? 青年科學家（學者）：年齡一般在 40 周歲以下，具有海內(nèi)外高校、研究機構(gòu)博士學位，在所從事的學科前沿領域取得突出的學術成果，并具有重要影響力。

? ? ? The candidates should have well-recognized academic achievement, with a PhD degree from home and abroad and aged below or equal to 40. The selected young scientists/scholars are expected to present speeches on the forum.?

? ? ? ?華東師范大學醫(yī)學與健康研究院成立于 2020 年 5 月 23 日。按校黨委頂層設計，醫(yī)學與健康研究院將遵循「高水平、小而精、國際化」和「院辦?！沟慕ㄔO定位，先期發(fā)展高層次醫(yī)學人才團隊，「從高學段向低學段」穩(wěn)步推進醫(yī)學學科及醫(yī)學人才培養(yǎng)體系的建設，堅持跨學科交流與合作，努力提升基礎醫(yī)學研究和關鍵核心技術的創(chuàng)新能力，為建設國際先進、國內(nèi)一流、特色鮮明的醫(yī)學院奠定基礎。

? ? ? ? 研究院設立基礎醫(yī)學中心、臨床醫(yī)學中心、轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學中心和公共健康中心，包含若干研究所及附屬醫(yī)院集群?；A醫(yī)學中心將以解決臨床及公共衛(wèi)生實際問題為導向，以「高水平、高交叉、高融合」為要求進行系統(tǒng)性建設。臨床醫(yī)學中心將通過深入貫徹落實「長三角更高質(zhì)量一體化發(fā)展」的國家戰(zhàn)略，在臨床醫(yī)學領域建立與蕪湖市人民政府和上海長寧區(qū)政府等地方政府的合作新模式，共建華東師范大學附屬蕪湖醫(yī)院、附屬長寧婦幼保健院和附屬長寧精神衛(wèi)生中心等附屬醫(yī)院，積極探索將華東師范大學教師教育的優(yōu)勢釋放到健康領域，通過醫(yī)學與教育的融合推動醫(yī)學教育功能的創(chuàng)新和社會化。轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學中心將以「特色轉(zhuǎn)化平臺」為理念，針對重大疾病和老年及兒童高發(fā)疾病的臨床防治，促進基礎醫(yī)學成果向臨床實際應用的高效轉(zhuǎn)化，建立與發(fā)展具有國際水準的健康促進與轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學平臺。公共健康中心將以「新醫(yī)科」為特色，堅持「以服務謀發(fā)展」的理念，積極參與解決全球和區(qū)域公共衛(wèi)生治理領域的熱點問題，積極打造華東師范大學「全球健康」品牌。

? ? ? ?2021 年 10 月，華東師范大學附屬蕪湖醫(yī)院博士后工作站成立，先后已有兩批博士后入站開展科研工作。2022 年 7 月，華東師范大學基礎醫(yī)學博士、碩士學位點正式獲批，并完成首批招生。未來幾年，研究院將繼續(xù)積極落實人才強院戰(zhàn)略、科教興院戰(zhàn)略和國際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，廣開進賢之路、廣聚天下英才，在全球招聘基礎、臨床、藥學、公衛(wèi)等學科人才，不斷擴大優(yōu)秀師資隊伍規(guī)模。研究院將一如既往立足學科前沿、堅持高端引領、強化學科交叉、致力學術卓越，為「除人類之病痛、助健康之完美」的神圣醫(yī)學事業(yè)培養(yǎng)「德智體美勞」全面發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀醫(yī)學人才，為健康中國建設做出應有的貢獻。

? ? ? The Health Science Center (HSC-ECNU) is a newly founded (on May 23, 2020) academic unit in the Minhang Campus, ECMU. In spite of its initial small size, HSC-ECNU strives to attract top-ranking medical faculty members and to grow steadily. With a goal of building up a novel platform for first-class medical research and education, we plan to start our educational programs with the advanced graduate levels that will eventually be expanded to the undergraduate levels.

? ? ? To help with advancing medical sciences and accelerating relevant technological innovations to meet the medical and health needs of China and the world, we plan to set up four research cores (sub-centers) including the Basic Medicine Core, the Clinical Core, the Translational Medicine Core and the Public Health Core. In addition, there will be several specialized research institutes, focusing on basic and translational research of critical medical issues of regional and global importance in part through promoting multi-disciplinary integration, inter-institutional collaboration and globalization. To implement the ambitious national plan of 「Coordinated and High-quality Development of the Yangtze Delta Region」, we have hammered out strategic alliance with the Wuhu city government of Anhui Province and the Changning District government of Shanghai to establish the ECNU Wuhu Hospital, the ECNU Maternity and Infant Health Hospital and the ECNU Mental Health Center.

? ? ? Since October 2021, two batches of young scholars have entered our postdoctoral training station to start their postdoctoral investigations at HSC-ECNU. Meanwhile, two classes of graduate students had been admitted to begin their graduate studies. In collaboration with the Dalian Medical University, Dalian University of Technology and Nantong University, a number of PhD and Master’s students also jointed our research programs under the co-supervision of our faculty. In July 2022, HSC-ECNU was granted with the privilege of awarding Master’s and PhD degrees by the Ministry of Education of China, which had laid a solid foundation for a full-fledged medical school.

? ? ?These initiatives together are expected to help with nurturing scientific creativity and innovation as well as the pursuit for the academic excellence of medical research and education at ECNU.
